- Cleanse the wound bed with BioRelese Foaming Cleanser following directions.
- Tear or cut the top edge of the sachet along the dotted line. Fold the sachet along the center seam and squeeze both sides of the package into the wound bed simultaneously.
- Squeeze the AgFresh-BioRelese with Fentonite Wound and Burn Dressing sachet to release enough product to cover the entire wound to the thickness of a nickel coin or more, if indicated.
- Cover the wound with a secondary dressing.
- Change the dressing weekly or as indicated.
